Could be from any number of the banksy copycats - maybe a little unfair - as with banksy, just the work should be judged. In this area some are left flagging, but this one I liked for some unknown reason. True, being in Farringdon, it was kinda relevant. But I also wondered if it cared it was in Farringdon, or was a statement in general. Found another photo here, from Folkes Photography. This was back from 2006-08-08 in Aldwych. Only other one I can find though, not exactly prolific. Left me wondering what the criteria was for a “Cultural Blackspot” was - then maybe I over-analysed too much
